A few weeks back, I came across a story on social media, where Taylor Swift shunned an interviewer’s question. When she was asked if she would like to be a mother someday, it came to her as sexist.
“I really do not think men are asked that question when they turn 30”
This was her response, after which she decided not to answer that question further. While Taylor was right about the question being feminist, I think she was quite wrong about the idea that men are not subjected to these kind of questions.
