I cannot believe it is December 2023 already. I still remember going to work in the frigid snowstorms that battered us last winter. For more reasons than one, I could say that 2023 was not the best year of my life. However, I am glad it’s coming to an end.
Fast and Furious
2023 was one of the fastest years of my life. Maybe I feel so because I spent most of my time working, paying bills, doing chores and fixing things in my house. I am becoming more of an ‘adult’ and I can say that I am not a fan.
But looking back, a lot of things happened in 2023. It is officially the hottest year on record on this planet. I mean, it’s December here in Canada, and we’re experiencing temperatures up to 10 degrees Celsius.
There’s also so much going on with the world. Countries are at war, people are finding it harder to live. Though the human race is multiplying in number, we seem to have lost track of direction.
