I’ve been watching Formula since I was 9. To say that the sport has come a long way since then would be an understatement. F1 used to just be about racing. Men got into their cars, which were nothing short of death traps, driving around the same lap again and again like maniacs. But today, F1 has evolved into a completely different sport, with all the glitz and glamour included. Needless to say, even the cheapest ticket for a seat in the stands is quite unaffordable to an average Joe.

While Formula 1 is an international sport, European dominance has always been evident. Haas is the only American team to have taken part in the sport in the last few years. However, they still sourced most of their parts from Ferrari.

Guenther Steiner, the team principal of the Haas F1 team, was instrumental in forming the team and managing it for the last eight years. The team has had its highs and lows, but the latter had been more prevalent.
