A few hours ago, I came across an application on my smartphone. I was so intrigued by it that I opened it, read its description and was curious who created it. This app had more than 550,000 downloads and a 4-star rating. There were at least a 100 reviews about the application by real humans (I hope they were not robots or spam reviews).
What was the app for? To remind you how and when to drink water! I then did a quick search and found out that this was not the only app that served this purpose. There were hundreds of applications that reminded you how to drink water, and most of these were downloaded and reviewed by some of the most intelligent people on this planet.
Water is the sole source of survival for most life on this planet, including plants. Even a single-celled microorganism knows when and how to drink water. But here we are, using an app on a ‘smartphone’ to remind us to drink water.
Gotta Get Those Steps In!
