It’s nice to see a beautiful picture of a magnificent rhino, but at the same time, it’s also sad to see that in the future, we could see only pictures of them. We lost most of these rhinos to poachers, since they stole their horns because some of us believed that they had special properties.
The problem with today’s world is that most of us don’t understand the reason why animal rights is important. It is equally beneficial for you and me as it is for the animals. Animal rights is viewed as a separate domain and it is sometimes considered as something that puts animals before humans. It may, but we also may seem to be forgetting the fact that we are animals too. Having made up of bones, flesh and a nervous system certainly qualifies us for that, at least according to basic science.
