5 Life Lessons I Learned Through the Covid-19 Pandemic

I still remember the date vividly. March 30, 2020. I did not sleep well that night because my mind was filled with thoughts. What is going to happen to me? Would I be losing my job, my house, my car? I had no clue what was going on.

It was just the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I picked myself up and showed up to work the next day. Luckily, there was no threat to my job. We continued working since we manufactured some essential products. But that was not the case for many other people. Some of my friends and family members were losing their jobs, their livelihood, and in turn, their future.

Despite all this, I learned a few life lessons through the pandemic. Not all of them were easy lessons, but they were worth learning.

Be Prepared

I will admit it, I was not prepared for this to happen. Lack of preparation only added to the my mounting stress, which almost made me implode. I was not afraid that I would get Covid; in fact, that was the least of my concerns.
